By accessing or using Jamify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jamify is an app that turns books, podcasts, and other sources into catchy songs you can listen to, quiz yourself on, and share with friends. The Service includes a library of source summaries as songs, quizzes, streaks, games, and personalized recommendations.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Jamify offers a free tier and a Premium plan. The free tier provides access to the Song of the Day and limited content. Premium unlocks the full library, all games, and offline listening. See our pricing page for details.

• Premium subscriptions are billed at $7.99/month or $59.99/year and can be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period -- you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All songs, lyrics, artwork, quizzes, and other content generated by or provided through Jamify are owned by Jamify or our licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use this content for personal purposes.

• You may listen to, share clips of, and quiz yourself on Jamify content for personal use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Jamify content outside the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Content Disclaimer

Jamify is a learning companion, not a textbook. Our songs summarize key ideas from books and other sources, but they are not a substitute for reading the original material. AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free. If you find inaccurate content, please report it to support@getjamify.com.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Jamify available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamify and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
